I am a California native and grew up in a small town in central California.
My teams are the "Anaheim" Angels, USC Trojans, Notre Dame and UCLA (in that order.)
I was very accident prone as a child.
I've been in 13 car accidents, some of which were my fault.
I love to write.
I was voted "most gullible" in my senior class. Yes, it is in the dictionary, I've checked.
My high school counselor told me I would never get into a 4 year college.
I got into college as a music major because I could play the Oboe, and I promised to give their band a year before changing my major. My grades were not good enough to get into my college. My SATs were even worse.
I am an almuna of Delta Delta Delta sorority.
I lived in an apartment overlooking the ocean my senior year in college.
I graduated from college with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Law & Society in 4 years. My senior year, I took 20 units each quarter so I could graduate on time.
The summer after college graduation, I was a cocktail waitress at Harrah's Casino in Lake Tahoe. My summer in Lake Tahoe was the best summer of my life.
When I eat M&Ms, I first separate them by color, and then into pairs, and then I eat them by twos.
My husband introduced me to baseball and the California Angels. I dated my husband for 5 years before we got married.
I had a serious crush on J.T. Snow, the Angels first baseman.
J.T. Snow was traded from the California Angels to the San Francisco Giants in 1996. Hence the handle, "Missing J.T. Snow."
The Anaheim Angels made it to the World Series while I was on bed rest with our second child. I went to the play off games and Game 1 of the World Series against my doctor's orders.
My crush on J.T. Snow ended when he hit a home run against the Angels in the World Series.
I gave birth to our daughter on the day of Game 3 of the World Series, three weeks early. My daughter has neurological problems, and will be severely mentally retarded for life~~, should she live past age 5~~.
I am a stronger person today, and a better human being because of my daughter.
My husband is my best friend and the love of my life.
I hope to write a book someday about my daughter.

"Sunday Six!" - the game

OK, I decided to introduce a game in early February of 2006 that I'd been playing for some time on some of my "Mommy Boards." It's fun, cute, and may actually work in the blog world.

The game is called "Sunday Six".

Basically, I'll post 6 questions on Thursday or Friday and you get to post the answers to these questions on Sunday! The trick to the game... You have to get the answers from your kids! When you have youngins like mine, you get some really fun answers! OK - so you don't have "kids"... Make it up! Ask your pet, your drunk roommate, your neighbor's kids, your elderly grandparents, your nieces and nephews, anyone! Heck, answer them yourself like you are a five year old! Whatever works! Post the answers on Sunday, and let me know if you played. Anyone can play - feel free to visit others who have played! Just like any game in the blogging universe! ;)
